Below are some of the more surprising factors that affect the nervous system

Working out. Movement, exercise, and strength-training is exactly what the body needs, but occasionally we find ourselves overloading the weight and having poor form which causes abnormal stress into the load-bearing joints.
Laundry detergent. Well... it’s actually any cleaning or beauty product that contain fragrance, dyes, or preservatives. Chemical stress from these sources can interfere with normal physiology especially on our endocrine system, leading to interference in the nervous system!
Dehydration. Our body is mainly made up of water, including our muscles. If our system is dehydrated, we end up with tight muscles and stiff joints that can’t move as they normally do, leading to dysfunctional joint movement.
Emotional stress. When we go through a stressful or emotional period, our body releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline which affects our heart rate, blood pressure and even muscle physiology. Long term stress may result in pelvic instability and chronic aches & pains in the hips, low back or neck tension.
