Dr. Lydia and her husband Dr. Connor love outdoor hikes, deep sea fishing, authentic Polish food, trivia, cooking healthy treats, biking the Schuylkill trail, and spending time with their daughter, Josephine. Our daughter Josie was born at home August 2021, and was adjusted by her daddy during her first hour earthside.
