Meet Dr. Lydia
Chiropractor, Certified Neuro Emotional Technique Practitioner, Applied Kinesiologist
Dr. Lydia and her fiancé Connor love outdoor hikes, deep sea fishing, authentic Polish food, trivia, cooking healthy food, biking the schuylkill trail, and local festivals! They do their best to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their routine. Specific chiropractic care via Whole Body Balance has helped each of them in their health journey.
Dr. Lydia has opened my eyes to taking steps towards my health and wellness. Instead of waiting until it’s too late, she’s shown me the importance of confronting my aches, pain, and stress. Working as a carpenter for 8+ hours a day, and living an extremely active lifestyle; mountain biking, rock-climbing, trail running, and backpacking I started to notice the toll these activities were having on my body. Dr. Lydia has been extremely helpful in alleviating my aches and pains with the use of NET Therapy and chiropractic adjustments. I was new to NET Therapy and I was surprised by how quickly it helped heal my hip pain I’d had for almost five years. Dr. Lydia also offers an ease of scheduling, clear plan of treatment, and is constantly offering other tools/ resources/ events to help towards total body wellness.
JOSH / CARPENTER
I’ve received chiropractic care for over 10 years and I wish I would have found House of Chiropractic years ago. Dr. Lydia won me over after just one visit. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to your needs. She genuinely listens to your concerns and develops a plan accordingly. I love her focus on whole body balance with the use of chiropractic adjustments and NET therapy. After about two months I’ve noticed a decrease in pain, an increase in energy and mobility, and a greater awareness of my personal underlying stresses. I highly recommend House of Chiropractic to anyone wanting to take charge of their overall health and well-being.
